Specify the evaluation lifecycle
A prop platform project begins with the rules and lifecycle of the evaluation programme. Define enrolment, account creation, evaluation stages, pass or fail decisions and any subsequent account state. Record which decisions are automatic, which require review and which systems communicate the result to the participant.
Make rules measurable and versioned
Describe the values used by each rule, the time boundary and the handling of open positions or equity changes. A daily reset and a trailing limit are different calculations. Keep rule versions so that an account can be evaluated against the terms assigned to it rather than a newly edited global setting.
Connect purchase and account provisioning
An enrolment event should produce one intended account workflow, even if a payment notification or provisioning request is repeated. Use stable identifiers across the client area and platform. Distinguish purchase confirmation, account creation, credential delivery and activation; each stage needs visible status and recovery behaviour.
Verify edge cases before launch
Use controlled account histories around reset times, stage transitions and rule thresholds. Test late events, duplicate notifications and disconnected platform interfaces. Define what an operator can review when a result is disputed. Participant-facing status should explain the state recorded by the system rather than infer it from a page refresh.
Build a maintainable operating process
Agree administrative roles, audit records, monitoring and change approvals. The technical solution does not establish the business terms of a programme or determine its financial obligations. Share the intended lifecycle, existing client area and platform preference to assess the required integration scope.
