Discuss your project directly
Contact Master Platform through WhatsApp or Telegram using the buttons on this page. Tell us whether your enquiry concerns MT5 White Label, an existing MT4 environment, liquidity connectivity, data, CRM, hosting or a prop platform. Include your company or project name and a preferred way to continue the conversation. A short technical brief is more useful than a message containing only a platform name.
Prepare your project brief
Choose a service and describe the required change. Review the prepared message in WhatsApp before sending.
For a new brokerage or prop launch
Describe your intended users, platform preference, instrument categories and the business systems you already have. Identify CRM, client area, payment, verification and liquidity providers if they are selected. Add a target date and distinguish must-have launch features from later improvements. If a provider has not been selected, say so; this affects project dependencies and the order of implementation.
For migration or integration work
Share the current platform family, the component being replaced and the operational problem to solve. A list of integrations, groups, symbol conventions and reporting dependencies helps determine the scope. State whether there is a test environment and which production changes require approval. Do not send passwords, API secrets, client records or database backups in an initial message.
For an existing service issue
Use the support contact agreed for your project and describe the affected component, approximate start time and impact. Include a timezone and any non-sensitive error identifier. Distinguish an account-access issue from a price-feed, execution or CRM issue. Access procedures, escalation paths and response expectations should follow the project support agreement.
What happens after an enquiry
The next step is to clarify scope and dependencies, then determine what information is needed for a proposal or technical assessment. Confirm commercial terms, contracting details and support ownership before authorising production work. The initial contact brief does not require trading account access or sensitive customer information.
